What began many years ago as a gas station and later transformed into a motorcycle shop has now become Iowa's favorite BBQ destination, opening its doors in June of 2017. Under new ownership since October of 2021, our team has grown significantly and proudly made our debut at the Iowa State Fair in 2023, earning a spot in the Top 3 for Best New Fair Food for three consecutive years!

Our skilled pitmasters prepare Central Texas-style craft BBQ, smoked daily and served fresh from our pit to your plate. Our dedicated kitchen team lovingly prepares all of our sides and desserts from scratch every day, so be sure to arrive early before we sell out. Our outstanding service team ensures you have a memorable experience, featuring daily specials, a selection of all-Iowa craft beers on tap, and BBQ-inspired cocktails made with ingredients from local distilleries. We also have an incredible catering team ready to handle pick-up, delivery, or full-service events for groups ranging from 25 to 2000.
